We are based in the UK, but we have warehouses in China and the US.
SECURITY
➡️ Is it safe to use my card on Paptu.com?
Yes it’s safe. We use HTTPS which adds a layer of security on data in transit through a secure socket layer (SSL).SSL certificates show that there is a secure connection between the browser and the web. They stop any third party invasion between the two. All financial details are erased after each transaction.
➡️ Is my personal information secure on Paptu?
Yes, your data is secure on Paptu. Any data stored on Paptu's servers is securely encrypted using bank standard cybersecurity technology.

ORDERS
➡️ Will I receive a confirmation email after I have placed an order?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email, immediately.
➡️ Will I receive an email when my order has been dispatched?
Yes, we will email you again once your order has been dispatched.
➡️ When will you process and ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
➡️ Do you just ship any order?
No, we only ship authorised purchases.
➡️ How can I track my order?
You can track the delivery of your parcel using the tracking number on your email.
Please note, sometimes, the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
➡️ Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Items will usually be shipped after 12 hours, so this is the period of which you can make any changes to an order. If you cancel anytime before then, your funds will be returned via the method you paid within 2 days.
We do advise to double-checking that all the information is correct before submitting your order.
Please note that for security reasons, we are not able to amend address information once you have confirmed your order.
Please note, as we generally process orders very quickly, it may not be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched. In this instance, please return your order, once you have received it in accordance with our Returns policy.

➡️ Does Paptu ever cancel orders?
In accordance to our Terms & Conditions, occasionally, we may need to cancel an order(s) for one or more of the following reasons:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing payment information
- Cannot deliver to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Suspicious activity
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation and your money will be refunded via your original payment method.

We try to respond to all customers within 24 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays and other busy periods.
All Inquiries are answered in the order that we receive them.

You may have to pay customs duty on your order(s).
We would advise that you research the order(s) destination countries customs website to find out this information.

Important information:
In order to avoid fraud, your billing name and address must match that of the bank issuers system. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) that does not fit this requirement, as well as any other order(s) we deem to be suspicious.

Yes, while browsing the website, you can change the currency via the small grey box in the bottom left of the screen.
DELIVERY
➡️ How long does delivery take?
Once your order(s) is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- UK: 7-18 business days
- Europe: 7-18 business days
- USA: 7-8 business days
- Australia: 7-18 business days
- Canada: 7-18 business days
- Rest of World: 14-20 business days
Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas.
➡️ What if I’m not in when the delivery arrives?
Some deliveries may require a signature upon deliveries or maybe too big.
If nobody is in, the delivery person will post a note through your door. This will have the address of the local depot for you to pick up the delivery when you are ready.
